Just over 14 minutes from the main man, talking about all things NCFC.

That is an excellent interview thanks Cromer. Really refreshing honesty and insights. A lot of information that I really don't think we've ever heard from a manager before. The bits about how he felt the season matches 1-10 went and then the match against Newcastle are really insightful.

The thing that is so great is that it's really obvious that when things went wrong he had a plan to do something about it and knew what was wrong and why. It's impressive also that he focuses on player confidence before meeting his playing style - so results first then work towards style. He was prepared to say he got it wrong and make changes that go against his instincts. All of those are things that we simply didn't see under obviously novice managers like Adams, who went for style first and then had no plan when it went awry, or Hughton who went for results and then found if the results don't keep up and your style remains poor you're left in a downward spiral you can't recover from.

I also love the bit where he said he wanted to make it quite clear he wasn't to be messed with. Nothing worse than a boss who wants to be your mate all the time.

Your last comment says it all for me. I've always worked better for a boss who I can respect, who treats you fairly and isn't afraid to give you a rollicking if you've dome something wrong!!!

He's an excellent communicator (better than any Norwich manager that I can remember) and you cannot help but feel completely confident in him and the team after watching that. He has a clear vision, in both the short and longer term, and knows exactly how to go about achieving that vision.

I hope he is our manager for a long time.
