Try telling that to Liverpool fan's. They were after Jones for months but when he joined United, they all said he was overrated and rubbish.
Haha I remember them all spouting on about that as if it was some masterstroke from 'King Kenny' when in actuality it was a desperate move. He even turned down inflated wages from them to move to a superior club.
I remember a large number of Liverpool fans claiming Jones was the best young CB in the PL when it looked like he was definitely going to Liverpool. Then when he turned you down for Utd many of them started claiming Kelly and even Wilson and Ayala were better. But then these probably weren't the sensible and rational Liverpool fans, and in fairness most of you did admit that we'd done a great bit of business.
For me, Jones will be the best CB In England in a few years time. Great bit of business. That fact that he didn't sign for us will not change my opinion of that, and those that it does need to wake up and get real.
