Sherry makes you merry, whisky makes you frisky but you should leave the brandy alone! <whistle>

I moved to my current seat after getting fed up with the weekly abuse handed out to John Eustace. Best thing I did as the people around me in the Rook are great.

I've seriously considered getting a hip flask, but is it allowed? I've always assumed it would either be confiscated or I'd be ejected. Anyone know?

I've developed a liking for sherry, which Mrs Bloother seems to find hilarious

It's against the law to consume alcohol within sight of the pitch, so that includes a hip-flask. I got warned at Scunthorpe for swigging on mine full of Remy..but I still take it now and again and just watch out for the stewards.

Well a coffee flask is not going to attract attention and I guess it may not always have coffee in it :)

We always have one but it is the SEJ so they probably don't worry too much!

All I got was a washing up brush and a promise to buy a new bucket. No, I'm not joking.

I am sure you will all agree but MOTM should go to the player that excels more than any other player on the pitch, not the one who scores the goal.

I have been wondering if the corner from which City's first goal was scored was deliberately under flighted, or was is a poor corner which struck lucky?

Watson said it was the plan to play in the corner as he did albeit probably for one of ours to head in...

Hardly ever see MOTM given to someone on the losing side.

Mark, I was referring to City's first goal not Watsons fully intended superb corner...
