We need the new Manager in situ this week. The "new Manager" bounce could be needed against Sunderland. Lose to them and they will be on our tails....

If we go down it will be Garry Monk's fault.

I would say the Boards for not acting quicker, but yes he left us in a bad situation, what a contrast to last season..........<ok>

It will be both's fault .....but we aren't going anywhere but to pick up our 100,000,000 in the summer if we continue to play the way we are , simple .

I agree. He's our only player with real pace and he would have terrified the Man U defence, putting them on the back foot. We were a bit timid in the first half and were sloppy at the start of the second half and only attacked them for any sustained period late in the game.

Leicester and Bournemouth have shown how to attack at every opportunity and we could take a leaf out of their books. Overall a reasonable performance and it would have been nice to have taken something from the game with Ayew's header hitting the post, Ash's thundering 20 yarder and Fabianski's last ditch attempt showing what we can do when we attack teams.

Gomis came on and did well for 10 minutes, holding the ball up and giving us a platform to attack. Ayew was found out in this role as he was cleaned out by Smalling all afternoon. A new striker in the January window is essential, but it is going to cost us to get a good one.

Yep, January is going to be a huge month for the Club. Decisions by the Board (or lack of them) will see us survive or relegated. It's as simple as that!

Liked the formation yesterday within the peramiters of not having a striker , plan D looked pretty good .
Besides Man U's 2 goals , most shots they had were worm burners from distance than Fab had little problem with .
Besides our goal , Ayew had a beautiful header off the post , Williams had a cracking shot that was very dangerous , Fab almost scored late , I think we had another post somewhere that eludes me now ,and our goal was superb .We had good chances .
I was super impressed with Williams's new aggressive play coming forward , it had a huge effect on our game and hope it continues ...really beginning to grow in confidence with the Williams - Fernadez partnership .
Young was on fire yesterday and I doubt there is a left back in the league that could have done any better than Taylor yesterday .
Barrow was very good yesterday , besides his obvious assist on the goal , that play he dummed the ball to himself was a thing of beauty,

I agree about Young , a lot of Utd's play was through Young who looked like a new player yesterday and on that form as you say he would torn apart better players than Taylor .There was a lot of space in middle especially in the second half which Ash and Fernandez exploited on a couple of occasions .I still think we had a great shout for a penalty which I've not yet seen again but from where I was standing it looked as clear as anything that Rangel was clipped just as he was winding up to take his shot .

I was totally pissed off when The penalty against Rangel wasn't given , I was firing my TV Brick at the TV savagely when the ref gave Rangel an actual yellow card ......very poor ref decision .Oops , Rangel said he dived ( whistling ).

The big sides will nearly always get the decisions going for them even though Man utd were not very good........A bony or a Trundle type player would have had a field day against them....
