Has anybody heard anything else about the fee? It can't be 14 million, that would just be one of the most ridiculous transfer fees ever in the history of the Premier league!
He has watched him twice this season, the last time was against PSG in November. We already knew it was Big Sam buying the players mate, he made that pretty clear when he came in, and our DOF has also left the club now We have one fit defender, Wes Brown. We need Kone, plus another CB yet. I'd **** O'Shea and Kaboul off in the summer regardless of what league we play in. I'd keep Coates as a squad player. We need full backs too, as what we have now aren't good enough, simple as that. We are also short of an AM, if we could bring one of them in (Mowatt?), I'd be pretty comfortable with the midfield and strikers to pull us out of the **** this season. Basically, we need far to much to stay up. Even if we were to fill every one of them positions, we would then be relying on barely any injuries or suspensions for the rest of the season or we'd be back in this hole we are in now. I'm ****ing raging that the rumour of paying 14m for Townsend could be true, absolutely ****ing raging.
