Paul Nicholls last winner was Mon Successeur back on December 19th <yikes> winless in 26 attempts since then. Most (but not all) ridden by STD. What is going on at Ditcheat? Just 2 runners at Taunton on Wednesday - Modus at 4/7 ridden by BG and Lifeboat at 11/2 ridden by STD.

Someone once gave us a bit of info on a horse called American Life, I belive through the yard. Anyway I have kept tabs on the horse and he's out tomorrow back down to a winning mark. He was well backed and subsequently withdrawn the other day and is entered up tomorrow in the 12:20 ay Haydock. 12s available.

Sticking to the all weather once again and there are a few with decent chances tomorrow in my book.

    Lingfield
    1.00 Stamp of Approval 4-1

I really fancy this one as I think it has been plotted a very lenient handicap mark. I like him more because he has run four races so far and been ridden by Ashley Morgan and Jack Mitchell twice each, tomorrow George Baker gets the leg up and to me that means the horse starts his career proper now.

    3.15 Sudden Wish 7-1
I would really fancy this horse were it awarded a better draw, at 7's it is still worth a punt for small stakes.

    Wolverhampton
    5.40 Song of Paradise 3-1

This horse looks on a very workable mark and 3's looks fair

    7.10 Monin 2-1
This looks an improving animal against thoroughly exposed ones. It's not that the others do not retain ability but this horse should have too many guns in the final furlong for these, class act in this field.

I have gone a decent single on the first with a yankee and an extra each way accumulator.

Getting hammered that one is. Must have some ability, he beat Unowhatimeanharry 13 months ago now and he has progressed into a nice type so far this season. Hope this one works out for for ya's lads <ok>

Edit: Back on what could be a relatively lenient mark again, that's the reason for the plunge early.

THE LAST BRIDGE 10/1 at Taunton tomorrow with Dickie riding for his Mum. Has chances in this grade and off this mark.

Topical one that is stick. I'm sure the residents of Tadcaster in Yorkshire will be having a speculative punt after seeing their one washed away! Relentless weather we've been having and Frank is huffing and puffing over us right now here too <wah>

Caught my eye in a big way. 2-2 over C+D, back down to last winning mark over hurdles, has gone well fresh in the past and loves a good old slog. Dickie will be getting his riding fee either way on this lad as he's tough work but I think this could have been planned for quite a while and hopefully he can give his mother a nice present heading into the New Year

Will double this one up with his only other ride, in the 1.45 he is on MILES TO MILAN beaten nearly 10 lengths by Modus last time but with Nicholls out of form and this one is better off in the weights could see this going close but will stick with an e/w double.

Morning gents, yes it was me indeed! However the horse has since changed yards, could be worth a little wager though.

Rigadin De Beauchene at Haydock, 2.00 looks like he has his conditions today. Has shown improvement in recent efforts and is back down to a winnable mark. 3/1 will do for me. Good luck all.
