As opposed to HIAG claiming he would go on strike and Spurs would snap him up in the summer transfer window. I think you need to re-evaluate your definition of 'wrong'
It's quite simple (for most) to understand. I said that either a big club would come in for berahino knowing he's on a short contract or that WBA would try and tie him down with a new contract to increase his value. As I also said, it looks like pulis is losing patience with him so it's possible that another club will be saddled with the troublemaker. The clutching at straws from HIAG and PNP because he hasn't 'got his head down' is a reflection on their sad desperation and ultimately futile attempt to try and prove me wrong
I take your point about HIAG. But I'm afraid you're digging a hole for yourself as the point I was making stands
Yes, pointing out the bit that you were clearly wrong about, where his own manager contradicted what you'd claimed, is desperation. Much more desperate than intentionally editing it out from your own comment in a vain attempt to point score from HIAG!
I don't need to remind you or HIAG about editing comments. You were doing it the other day regarding Spurs' average finishes and HIAG does it all the time because he consistently ****s up. My comment simply highlighted the main point which about berahino which stands. And which HIAG and you were claiming I was wrong about. You may apoligise when you feel able
What are you on about? What was I editing? You omitted part of your own comment and are now waffling on in an attempt to divert from it. You were clearly wrong and simply can't admit it.
You chose to omit the whole of my comment about Spurs' average finishes over the last 15 years and then waffled on endlessly trying to avoid it. Berahino may not have 'got his head down' but my point stands and I am right. Either another club will come in for him knowing he's on a short contract or WBA will try and increase his value by trying to et him to sign a new one. What is more revealing is your desperation to try and focus on the 'head down' comment rather than the actual point I was making.
No, I pointed out the contradiction in the few words of your own comment, so you went off on a rant about it. The first part was the bit that you were clearly wrong about and you left it out, because you knew it. The rest is all speculation and hasn't been proven right or wrong yet. So you're half wrong and still to be proven wrong on the other half. Brilliant. You must be really proud!
You are wrong. You selectively omitted part of my comment to try and change the whole point which I was right about. I simply pointed that out to you. Hardly a rant. As for Berahino's future I haven't been proved wrong as you claimed and have subsequently just admitted.
The only one talking nonsense is you I'm afraid, as people will see if they read back through the comments. You claimed I had been proved wrong and then admitted that it hadn't been proved right or wrong
I not only pointed out that you'd been proved wrong, but I quoted the part that you were wrong about. You left it out, as I'm sure you remember. I even pointed out that the second half of your Mystic Meg impression had yet to be proven either wrong or right. West Brom were obviously going to try to get him to sign a new contract, but even that's been reduced to speculation. Anyone else in for him? Remains to be seen. He seems to have damaged his own reputation with his behaviour, but I expect various clubs to bid for him in January.
All you have proved is that you made a claim that I had been proved wrong and then admitted that it was yet to be proved right or wrong. Classic backtracking As for Berahino, he seems like trouble and pulis looks like he's run out of patience with him. Would you really want him at Spurs ?
Seriously, can you read? I've pointed out what you were wrong about repeatedly. Denying it just makes you look mental. Berahino's a talented player, but Pochettino seems to want a certain mentality in his players and I'm not sure he's got it. He's got a history of troublesome off-field behaviour and didn't take his transfer rejection well in the summer. Pulis seemed to back him then, so his comments now aren't very positive, especially as the window's about to open. I can see bids going in for other players first, at the very least.
People can read the comments for themselves. They will see that my point stands and you haven't proved me wrong about Berahino's future. You picked up on a moot point about him 'getting his head down' and tried to avoid the main point I was making. You even then admitted that what I was saying hadn't been proved wrong. Best you put that one to bed now.
