We can sign a truck load of new players when the window opens, but if they are in the same mould as our previous acquisitions then we are shot. We need some proven Prem quality players who can integrate into the team, hit the ground running and perform when the going gets tough. Don't get me wrong l like Gini and think Mbemba is quality in the making, but that said we have taken too many risks on "possibles" and untested luxury players, who may have skills but are too lightweight to showcase them when they are sitting on their arses all match.

I said a couple of weeks ago, he links up the play quite well and although he has two dead legs he actually has the ability to pass the ball....
