    Couldn't help but ponder on the drive home from the game if some posters on this forum would care to re-think some of the crazy posts earlier in the day?

    Comments like:
    Martina was apparently the worst ever Saints player and should definately not play.
    Saints had no chance of winning and a point was the best we could possibly hope for.
    RK didn't know what he was doing and his time was running out.

    Haven't read any recent posts, but I'm guessing the same posters are now singing from a very different hymn sheet?

    I thought he was okay, but the defence was shielded brilliantly by shop window Wanyama and Clasie. Those two guys were fan and Big Vic was Mom for me

    Mustn't be greedy...consolidating in 12th looks a lot better than we would have looked after a loss. We would have been just 4 from the relegation zone...shudders.

    All I wanted for Christmas was three points. All I want now for the New Year is for the fans that seem to think they know better than the management, to just be a little more forgiving in their opinionated criticism and a little less abrasive.

    Let's also (I've already seen some posts) not make statements that formation X must now be adopted or player Y must start in position Z.

    Let's just have a little faith and understanding of the management team.

    Well, I got my pre-match thinkings wrong !!

    Utterly, utterly superb - Shane Long MOTM. As for Cuco Martina, it was up there with Jonno Forte in that "WTF! They've scored" moment of not quite knowing whether to laugh or cheer.
