@Gordon Armstrong so that's a illiterate child, idiotic and stupidly provocative ****e you're going to say to my face. Ok Gordon? I'm looking forward to this.
That post was addressed to me Bri and I`ve answered it. I don`t want this to escalate. Let it go mate eh?
He was talking about me, you quoted the original comment before he changed to. He's so ****ing intelligent didn't realise it would still be read and seen. I'll see him in person Pops. Face to face. And he can attack people with learning disabilities to my face can't he? Simple as that. This ain't Com hiding behind screen in Thailand. I see Gordon regularly so will sort it in the flesh.
That`s up to you mate so long as it stays off this board. I don`t want to see it go tits up and reports and bannings & whatnot. That ok with you?
I reacted angrily to what I thought was a senseless letter, because I'm sick of people 'having a go' at Ellis Short, then when I had calmed down I modified it 'cos I realised that my response had been 'over the top' Unfortunately, or fortunately if you prefer or want to see it that way, the initial version was quoted, which seems to have resulted in me being castigated beyond the point of any possible return I did mean what I said, at first, then I changed it to what I should have said, and if that's unforgivable, Bri. I'll end my relationship now . . . . but I still apologise (to anybody else that might be offended as well as to Bri.) Tara lads
Back on track lads I believe Sam has set out a pretty decent attack minded team. DG to drag their CBs out of position and Fab plus AJ to nip in and score our goals. Yes that's right "goals" plural.
Hope we go down it's the only way to break the cycle. 9 years in the league only 8 teams have been in longer and we are worse than when keano brought us up. Short has to go no point asking him to spend money he has shown he won't so he should step aside. The club is suffocating in its current state of we somehow survive and Short is still here it's the worst thing that could possibly happen as the damage will only be worse the longer we put it off unless a buyer comes in with eleventy bijillion quid all to spend on the squad.
"Short has to go" is a pointless statement! Are they queueing up to buy us? Everton have been looking to sell for years and can't! So it's completely pointless asking for it! (Unless you know differently of course) There is no one coming in and short is doing what he can with a limited budget. We appear to be one of few clubs not being fined for not adhering to ffp! We also have to do with a number of important injuries against the most expensive side in the league. We have the right manager IMO. There's a lot of time to go this season. Man City and Chelsea have struggled until they played us. Not watching today but Sam and Ellis know we need strengthening but also know we need to shift players as well
All that is probably true but it still doesn't stop it being totally ****e supporting this pile of crap, this has to be the most expensive pile of **** to have ever graced the Premier league.
