Roman has tried to get him a couple of times before and he's said no. He could change always his mind, but you would have to think that any manager looking at Chelsea would view it as a poisoned chalice, win lose or draw, you'll be out the door.

I look at all of this manager merry-go-round from Arsenal's perspective and wonder if Pep and Klopp are in the prem for a couple of seasons, plying their trade, it could work out well in terms of Wenger's retirement in a couple of years for one of them to replace him.

  2. I think Klipperty would be a revelation at AFC.
    <ok>

Obviously, you'd have to wait for him to be sacked by 'Pool, first, though.

Klopp hasn't turned into a bad manager overnight, he's trying to work with the misfits that Brenda brought it and I'd still back him to turn things around at Liverpool.

This season might represent the last chance that Spurs have to get into the top 4 before Liverpool, Utd and Chelsea sort their **** out.

Super G Ted'inho and Skylarted like this.
  4. As I say, I think Klopp would be great at Arsenal. He'd have you holding hands and celebrating draws. Hell! I wouldn't be surprised to see him getting Walnutt and Oxo to do a spot of break-dancing, to keep the crowd happy!

I doubt Klopp is biding his time to go to another team in the prem. Why the prem? I'm not sure what to make of his long term plans. The one club I thought he would have made a play for is Bayern considering Pep is leaving. I am sure before he took the Livpl job he would have been approached by Bayern like Ancelotti has. I think he will stay at Liverpool until he becomes disilliusioned and then eventually move back to the continent.

You are not really in a position to criticise him for that though mate. You were jizzing like you'd won the league after you scraped a point against Arsenal. and If that wasn't bad enough, you then went on to celebrate your '12 wins on the bounce' after Spurs had drawn 6 of those games <laugh>

  7. ...all of which can be neatly summed up under the general heading known as "wumming!"

We all get that you don't understand the concept, which is why it is so hilarious for everyone to watch you gradually fall apart as I expertly pull your strings.

Anyway, PIXIE, back to the debate... would you have any problems with Klipperty getting the Arsenal squad to perform song and dance routines during the break, during home fixtures?

Of course it is HIAG <laugh>

To be fair mate, claiming that you make a tit of yourself on purpose is worse than if you were doing it accidentally.

I love the Arsenal mindset after our game against them.
It's gradually shifted from a lucky escape after being badly outplayed to Spurs scraping a draw! <laugh>
A few more weeks and Piskie will have convinced himself that they actually won.

It is only Hiag that thinks draws are the same as wins :)

i went to the game and Spurs played well for 65 minutes but didn't finish the game off, and the last 25 minutes was all Arsenal who could have had all 3 points but didn't take their chances. In that respect a draw was probably fair

You got totally outplayed until the last 15 minutes, when you resorted to humping long diagonals into the box.
The only reason you got anything out of it was the respective schedules of the clubs.
    Monday/Thursday/Sunday to Saturday/Wednesday/Sunday is a joke, frankly.

I think that it sums up the fairly ludicrous attitude of the Premier League organisers.
They make a team in Europe play on Monday night when they've got a midweek game, then wonder why the coefficient's dropping.
When Bayern played you lot their Bundesliga game before that was on Friday. Their league wants them to do well.
