But moreover, though few mention it, I'd say 80% are convinced this squad and Steve Bruce couldn't compete in the Premier League as things stand. Where are the signs of promise? I'd say 80% on here would love promotion but fully expect if it happens to come straight back down yet again. I'd say 80% on here have had two tastes of Premier League football, they know what to expect, and don't like the prospect of swapping places with Aston Villa. Personally, I'd rather City stay where they are rather than go up as play-off winners only to get their arses tanned every week.

We dont want to abuse Brucie but a it would be nice if he knew he wasn't wanted, because hed decide to leave (as he nearly did at the end of last season) I'm afraid it is the only way the Allams will get rid, unless ticket sales drop or we stay out of the play offs, I Imagine Bruce is on a good wage, I can't see the Allams paying him that. Losing ticket sales and losing money through Pl....Unfortunately I don't think the Allams know what to do, because if they did, they would of brought somebody in last summer and we would of stood a better chance then of staying up and bringing in a decent manager than we do now. If the Allams concentrated more on the sodding club than the name of it, we would be in a better place, but that's another story....
The club are well aware of what the fans think, they're not deaf and dumb, they read the boards, they listen to RH, they ready the HDM, they don't need performances to be potentially made worse by chanting at a game. I don't expect the Allams are looking to get rid anyway, if we start chanting that we want rid, they'd probably keep him out of spite.

You're wrong Bruce, I suspect it's exactly as Lambo has said, personally I like Steve Bruce, or at least I like what I know of him through his media presence, and I'd be one of the last to shout for his head from the sidelines at a match, hence the fact that I can't even bring myself to vote on this thread. After saying all of that I think his position of manager is dying a slow and painful death, however I think there's only either him or the Allam family that can change things.
Are you Joking? Have you seen our recent performances, the reason we are 4th is based on two blokes, who are too good for the championship....not Bruce.
