Yeah that's my fear as a Watford fan - can see Ighalo attracting a few bids. We'd been under the radar but yesterday kind of changed all that!

Unfortunately, for you lot, Dan. But, I have to say I loved every minute of it. Klipperty's post match comment of 'We have to do better' should have gone into our 'No **** Sherlock' thread as an all time classic. <laugh>

  4. The point - which you are conveniently overlooking, of course - is that you had been giving it large and scoffing that "HIAG is the only one talking about a power-shift in North London," and the Evening Standard pops up with a headline: "Spurs in North London Power-Shift!" splashed across their back-page! It was the conclusion to one of the most epic wum-fails of this, or any other Century! It was beautiful.

It was great - went from counting ourselves lucky to being on the same pitch as them to them turning in the worst perforamnce of the season. I have to appluad the generosity of the teams we have beaten this season - apparently they all saved their worst for us!
Looking forward to Monday's match - aways used to enjoy our games with you lot back in the day so hoping for a good 'un.

I'm hoping we got our worst out of the way against Newcastle. Win, lose, or draw, I hope we put on a better performance than Klipperty's bunch of headless chickens!

Saying the power shift isn't happening doesn't qualify as people talking about the power shift in the context you blather on about <laugh> the fact that you keep referencing that article further compounds your wum fail.

That can't be too hard to achieve given the pasting they took at Watford !

  10. Oh, dear! You really are desperate, PIXIE!

The article discussed the "fact" that there was evidence of a power-shift in North London, but that it hasn't been completed just yet. In other words, the very exact same thing that I have been saying for months, and which you have, so very famously, put me down for!

    I'm not making this up!

It's as though I had written that article myself!

Your wum-disgrace has been completed, mate. There really isn't anything else to say on that particular subject, not any more.

HIAG, the article said, and I quote:

the emphatic belief that this was the match which foretold a potential shift of power in the capital's football hierarchy had to go on hold.

They only used the words 'power shift' in the headline to hook in and troll gullible spuds like you <ok> It worked a treat.

I suspect that all balls present would be used, unfortunately.

Not at all, this is the modern Liverpool way erratic results that end in a glorious cup run with a big trophy at the end.

TBF, he was probably thinking, "who bought this shower of ****e? And how am I going to sort it out?"

  20. Depends which comments you're reading. Most were and continue to be realistic, we knew this season was a write off when Brod didn't get sacked in the summer. Klopp's having to work with the ****e left behind and it will take him at least two transfer windows to get going imo
