Livermore, Meyler, Davies and Elmo out. Replaced by Yaya Toure, Sergio Busquets, Ukulele Mangala (as he'll probably be available) and Chris Burke. Oh and Steve Bruce out and Monk or Sherwood in.
FFS… lets get someone in who hasn't fallen on their arse somewhere else. Look at Watford even Sheffield bloody Wednesday, they have managers who we hadn't heard of who we'd welcome here now…!! .. Are you honestly telling me that there's not a manager abroad somewhere that wants to make a name for himself in this country and wouldn't welcome the chance to do so at somewhere like Hull. If we had to stay with a Brit manager, i'd break the bank and get Brendon Rodgers in. It may sound stupid but I don't see a Prem Club coming calling for him anytime soon. And as Mr Allam said when Bruce signed 'he wasn't cheap, so with so much at stake a manager who you have to pay for seems like good business sense.
I was thinking that. Rodgers plays attractive football and took Swansea up via the play-offs and he is available without compensation.
Yep. I've mentioned Tom Bradshaw a couple of times in the past and Matt Taylor @ Bristol Rovers(13 goals so far) would be another cheap-ish lower league gamble. Plus Rico Henry @ Walsall(England U19 international / 17 games - 2 goals this season) would be a good quality cover for left back. We need to get Adama Diomande match fit and give extensive shooting practice to Chuba Akpom.
A bit like getting back with an old girlfriend. You know what to expect, nothing new, no challenge…@!!
