He actually did say in his interview that 'he thinks he knows his best team. This is it.

    Magregor
    Dawson, Dawson, Dawson, Dawson.
    Dawson Livermore, Dawson
    Dawson Hernandez Dawson.

Couldn't agree more about Hayden Rosy, can only think he has upset Bruce in some way as surely he would give the midfield a bit of bite and impetus

If I was him I'd been gone already. MOM against Man City and hasn't had a sniff since.

If we stick with Bruce, what we've seen so far this season (and all last season) will continue, if you're happy with that, then fine, but I'd hang on to your Championship Ground Guide.

Where would we be this season with these players in the squad… ROSIE, MACCA, QUINN…. ( I can't include Brady and Chester as they were sold)

Probably much the same as Quinn has been injured, Macca wouldn't have played and Rosenior would not have put us top of the league.

Apart from when you were saying its got to be Meyler and Jake. I know who you remind me of now. Dave off the Fast Show.

So if someone's picked, in your eyes, they must have something on Bruce (Huddlestone) and if they're not picked (Hayden), it's because they've upset Bruce?

    You're a cockbasket.

Stick to FIFA and leave real life alone.

Me, I'll stick to trusting the bloke who actually works and trains with the players week in week out.

I don't understand your point on Huddlestone but if you want to defend Bruce fair enough, I posted elsewhere I respect what he's done for us but maybe he has passed his shelf-life as it is now. It is a mystery why Hayden isn't featuring, hardly a controversial thing to say seeing as nobody actually knows

There always seems to be an easy silver bullet answer on here, and then when that actually happens and we still lose it's 'Bruce out'.

I defended Bruce blindly on here and I've come to realise I was wrong going on events this season. Happy Tiger made some kind of cackhanded comment about Huddlestone there as a kind of a failed insult towards me which ironically shows up part of the problem with Bruce, Huddlestone should be a world beater for us and is it his fault that he isn't or the managers?

By and large Dave and Clucas have covered Rosie and Quinn's positions quite well. Could really do with Macca at the moment since we only have 2 fit centre halves - one of whom clearly doesn't want to be here and we have few if any leaders on the pitch without Dawson.

For me we need to try Thudd in the role he had against Leicester in the COC. In fact after today I would be tempted to start the 11 who played against Leicester - if they are all fit - on boxing day. Hayden in the holding midfield role with Thudd further forward. Can't be any worse than today.

I said the same Tigerrev weeks ago, Hayden holding with Hudds further forward, I just don't understand whats going on with Hayden, and I certainly don't blame Huddlestone for being misused by the manager

Hayden should have started at Bristol City as Meyler's replacement. He must be wondering what he's done wrong - unless his face doesn't fit but in that case why hasn't he gone back to Arsenal?

There is no silver bullet and it's hard to figure out exactly why things are not working at the moment, but they're not and without changing something, that's likely to remain the case.

I can't see how he would want to stay, somebody else already mentioned the same. Somebody must know what his actual situation is but the obvious answer is Bruce doesn't rate him which is mystifying , especially as he keeps picking Akpom who has been spitting his dummy out in a big way

Why is that mystifying? Perhaps he just isn't as good in real life as in your imagination. Bruce sees him every day in training and tbh we have a wealth of talent in the central midfield position so it's not that surprising he can't get a game.
