After putting the writing on the wall in week 16, that man Dexter came out with all guns blazing and pulled off a magnificent win last Saturday. At the furlong pole, Stick went for home and looked for all the world as though he had the race safely in his keeping, but as he stood in the irons and saluted the crowd, thinking that he was about to get the chocolates, Dexter powered home over the top of him and snatched away the win. Redcat finished a nice third, but was distanced by the first two. Busty cruised to an effortless win in L2, beating the two veterans Ron and Oddy. It wouldn't be a surprise to see any of these three crack it this week. Round 17 brought lot of success, so hopefully it can be replicated on Saturday. Time to take the wood to Dex. Good luck all.
