We’re currently in the process of emailing all of our Season Card holders to canvas opinion on ways in which we can improve the matchday experience at the KC Stadium. The Club has trialled a number of options in recent weeks as we seek to set the best possible platform for Steve Bruce and his team to push on and achieve the aim of promotion this season, and we’d like to hear from our Season Card holders to find out what you feel has worked, and what hasn’t. The email will feature a link to an online survey in which you can rate the attempts that have already been made, and suggest ways in which you feel the atmosphere and general matchday experience can be improved. And by completing and submitting the survey, you will be in with a chance of winning a framed 2015/16 home shirt signed by the full first team squad, which will be presented to you by Michael Dawson on the pitch at our home game against Burnley on Boxing Day. Look out for the survey landing in your inbox in the next few hours. The deadline to return completed surveys is 12pm on Wednesday 23rd December. We thank you in advance for taking the time to give us your opinion. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...ience-survey-2858145.aspx#OwgVAR7BiE7IiHCD.99 The survey has just eight questions, asking you to rate various things (goal music, flag waving, light show etc) from 1 (crap) to 5 (well good init), you can also add a suggestion at the end. The prize will be presented on the pitch at half time of the Boxing Day fixture against Burnley by Michael Dawson.
I don't think it is, clearly most people don't like it and it's going to get hammered, but it is something they tried to improve the atmosphere. I think there are loads of things the club can improve on for the match day experience - but there's nothing the marketing guys can do about results/performances
3 should be "average" not "good" if 2 is "poor" Well I've had my say I think they might get the message about goal music
Quelle surprise, I don't have an opinion on a couple of the questions so left it blank, but to submit the 'survey' I MUST have an opinion. I did however gain 'bonus points' as I didn't swear in the comments section. Just as in the free and fair ballot, Beyond Dispute will be providing a comprehensive breakdown of the 'survey' results, oh ermmm... The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
So is the half time entertainment thing what we think it's currently like? Because it can only be 1 - there isn't any! The interviews are a waste of time - bring back the games/competitions. In the food one, I'm putting down "more local food". Pie has worked, now bring in some others....
This is the only thing for me, we must be the only club in the country where you can go an entire match day without seeing the club's name once. It's childish, unnecessary and makes it difficult to have a good time when you're paying £500+ a year to be wound up by the owner/marketing department. I've always been one of these "they're not gonna stop me doing what I enjoy" types, but fact is I'm just not enjoying it enough any more to justify spending £550 or whatever it is next season. If thing's don't improve this'll definitely be my last season.
Is this supposed to have arrived yet? Not had anything e mailed and last time I checked I was definitely still a season ticket holder.
As we know from last time, they already have the list of hooligans to screen out of any consultation.
