why cant jet play more

he was playing brilliant scoring goals and all of a sudden hes not even comming on as a sub what exactly is going on,cant hasselbaink see the mans as good as most strikers in this division he may not be as good as austin but hes never the less another zamora

 

He came on as sub against Barnsley, Ted.

 

but woody do you think we could start with both charlie and jet up front at home

 

I'll be honest and say that was the first I've seen of jet. Not much finesse there, not that it's all about that, but I think we have 11 better starters.

 

but his goals per game ration says that he can get valuable goals that we need

Hey, at least we started with one striker in the line-up last night.

thats true hoop lief so next game we play two strikers then we play three strikers and go up through the play offs

 

JET and charlie wont work.....Polter and Charlie might.....

The same could be said of Chery,he was scoring goals too.Was disappointed with Fer last night,too many wayward passes and looked a tad disinterested.Could be worth playing Chery in behind Charlie!

 

well i think the differance with great managers like bill shankly don revie brian clough neil warnock is that players are frightened to play bad or else they get dropped

but people like les ferdinand cris ramsey hasselbaink is that they never get respect

 

Thought Polts did well when he came, plenty of willing running, think he could be a pain in the neck for defenders.

Decent striker but not in Charlie's league. Mediocre out wide but a better bet than a particular ineffective winger of ours who is getting a game at the moment.

 

Did we play Barnsley in cup at some point, don't think they are in our division!

 

I wouldn't have put JET in my starting line up but then I was at a loss to explain why Polter came on as a sub later rather than JET. Of course, we have seen more of JET than Polter but, in those brief appearances, JET has looked better. I suspect that, last night, Jimmy was giving Polter some game time to keep him interested - and quite right, too. Charlie is the main man but I haven't given up on the other two being worthwhile squad players.
