Let's hope we don't win. You just know that Meire is itching for the right time to announce Carol has got the job. He has achieved a pathetic 7 points from 7 games so far.
Parky got 3 from 8, and was given the job, after we'd been told he'd be judged on results, so Fraeye should walk it. Who cares? There's no reason to believe we'd get anyone better, and may get someone worse.
So ! In summary, 1-0 up after 27 seconds, and a second by 'Killer' Lookman. Then the Karole effect kicks in and the bottom club, by no means against the run of play, pull back two goals in front of a Valley in which 20,000 seats are now empty. Take some more photos Katrien, but looking at the empty stands, and then tell us about 2%. Still 45 minutes to get our noses back in front, but how long before the legs tire in our weakened team?
Crap. No more than 8,000 fans, comfortably. The front 3 impressive again, the rest.. Crap. Two new centre backs a priority
Thought the midfield was the worst part. Cousins and JBG are a shadow of the players they were, and Jacko is too busy conserving his energy. Second half we disintegrated as the game went on Bolton had better team spirit but no quality, and relegation looms for both sides.
Lennon didn't play well but Jackson and Cousins both had bad games, they misplaced a lot of passes. Solly had a decent game and Lookman and Holmes-Dennis were solid as ever. Why Lookman and Gudmunsson were subbed I don't know.
Slight ...very slight injuries said Fraeye ,that was a massive low tonight lets face it Bolton are bloody useless yet we struggled second half
The only thing that will save us now is an experienced and proven British Championship standard manager, who is then allowed to sign his own players in January. We need another 32 points from somewhere. It won't happen unless the remaining fans grow some bollocks and force change. I'm up for it if another 5000 are too.
The punting side of my CAFC support paid off again, but that is not enough to bring me to smile. It feels like we are just bystanders to our loved club now.
that was f'ing awful last night. i've never seen such a weak spine to a team. wing backs - ok, wingers - ok, strikers - ok. centre midfield and centre defense are a joke. no communication between lennon and diarra. diarra has actually said lennon was at fault for the first goal in the SLP. that's going to build confidence in him isnt it. we're going down. not sure why they announced 12k attendance last night. there was clearly less than 6000 in the ground.
Our defending was abysmal all game We got outplayed by bottom of the league Bolton for large parts last night
Coming from such a senior and respected player as Diarra that's terrible. Tony Watt was supposed to be such a bad influence but he never did anything like that.
http://www.southlondon-today.co.uk/...r performance§ionIs=sport&searchyear=2015 poor interview, given that he has experience he should have just left the blame out altogether
Diarra's comments are another clue that all is not well behind the scenes. Imagine players making comments like that under Curbs.
