Nothing can cause Fraeye's sacking because he is 'interim'.
Plus, he is not judged using the same parameters as the other 91 managers / Head Coaches.

His instructions are to put Academy products in the shop window to make his Master money in transfer fees next summer.

just met the man himself - karel fraeye in greenwich. sometimes, other than sitting in greenwich, i stretch my legs. this time i bumped into him near the waitrose walking his dog.

he was actually ok. asked if he was "karel", didnt say anything. then i said "charlton manager?" and he laughed and said "for the time being".

wished him good luck tonight. he said he'll try and play attacking football.

    there was a resemblance...

it's really hard to be unpleasant to someone in person, especially when they're quite nice. i dont agree with his appointment in the slightest given his background and our position. but he took ten mins out of his day to chat and seemed alright.

I agree SIG. I watched Luzon at Reading away this season chatting to fans when the coach pulled up. Didn't rate him as a manager, but seemed a decent bloke.

Fraeye will be getting well paid for the gig though, and there is nothing much in his CV to suggest he got the job on merit.

Fraeye appears to me to be waiting for the chop, well not exactly the chop, a move to another club. Since the team appear to be giving up the ghost I expect Roland to pull the trigger, only question is when. My prediction is after a thrashing by Colchester in the Cup.

Fraeye's post match comments on Saturday were reminiscent of a man under no pressure whatsoever. Why would he be? League position is not an issue for the Belgians.

Rick Everitt gave an overview of the financial implications when we are relegated.

Losses from TV money, solidarity payments and ST sales are more than covered by the sales of Gudmondsen, Lookman & Cousins next summer.

    No problem there.

The protests have to get bigger. The joe casuals are starting to realise this I feel, and once they turn it doesn't really leave the club with much left in terms of a fan base.

I Tweeted for Meire's resignation on Saturday and was surprised to get 175 re- Tweets.

After each defeat I have noticed a few more joint social media to slag the owners, and a few more vow to boycott via the forums.

Surely a hostile and vociferous protest v Wolves is essential ?

I am going to Bristol City on Boxing Day, and hope to contribute to the verbal protests in the away end,

"You can stick your Karel Fraeye up your arse" <cheers>

I have no idea what games I'll be attending going forward. I prefer the notion of going to away games so that the added money from concessions aren't going to RD, but then there is no point whilst we don't have a competitive team.

If RD is stingy with his money, then why shouldn't the fans be? I've certainly noticed the difference in my bank account this season.
