There are two things I've voted for in my lifetime. and wished I hadn't. I voted for the Welsh Assembly feeling we would have more control but all that's happened is the autonomy based in London has moved to one based in Cardiff. I voted for the Common Market and not the European Union which we do not have any democratic control over. I've signed.

I think Cardiff has been behind the curve on a few things in the past and they don't want to be in that position again. We had a marina, they had to develop the Bay. They heard about the Meridian Tower, they had to have a building that beat it on height (and failed). Now they are pushing themselves as the beginning and the end of Wales. I actually like Cardiff as a place but this has got to stop. Swansea city centre is a ****hole in terms of shops and quality of buildings as a result of WWII bombing. It's well overdue for an overhaul. Anyone coming here from overseas must be shocked. It's awful.

So I've signed but I find people in Wales are serial complainers. They take no interest, are ignorant of politics and are happy to be unhappy then whinge, whinge whinge when it all goes tits up! Get off your arses and DO something - and it starts with elections next May then getting out of the EU. No room for apathy. Hold your AM and MP to account. Who represents us? Are their noses so deep in the ****ing trough that they can't see that Swansea needs investment? A lagoon is all fine and dandy but the City Centre affects everyone - and it's a dump.

Elections next May, guys. USE YOUR VOTE! It doesn't matter who you vote for but if you want change I say vote UKIP. The elections are based on proportional representation and it would send an earthquake through the political establishment.
