Ok maybe not a revolution but big strides in the right direction. This sounds really good and coming from no other than General Hill, gives it even more credibility. Onwards and upwards, U R'S!

Club captain assesses JFH's early impact
Hasselbaink has overseen two training sessions since his appointment in W12 and Hill, who has returned to full training in the last week following a recent knee injury, insists first impressions have been ‘very, very positive.’
"We've had a few days with the new gaffer now and it's all been very, very positive,” Hill toldwww.qpr.co.uk.
"He's come in and set his stall out and made it very clear what he expects from us every day.
"The sessions have been very high intensity, very well organised, very well structured – so it's only positive so far.”
He added: "Obviously, a first day in a new job for anyone is vital and it’s no different for new managers.
"Jimmy came in and had a presence about him and made it abundantly clear what he expects of each and every one of us.
"He's pulled some lads already and made it clear that he expects them to work harder and that can only be good for the football club.
"He wants us to press and be a very fit team – and that comes from hard work on the training ground first and foremost.”
Hasselbaink has already made some minor changes to the R’s training schedule since his arrival, with a ‘normal week’ now including a day off on a Thursday instead of the usual Wednesday slot.
Hill said: "He's changed our day off from a Wednesday to a Thursday – and there’s a clear strategy as to why he’s done that.
"He wants to use Monday as a lighter, warm-down session; Tuesday and Wednesday as our high intensity days; rest on a Thursday; and then tail down on a Friday to plan for the Saturday and be raring to go come kick-off.
“He’s very methodical and it’s clearly worked for him so far during his managerial career.”
Indeed, Hasselbaink’s CV is mightily impressive following a stunning stint at Burton Albion – and Hill believes that, coupled with his standing in the game following a glittering playing career, can only stand the gaffer in good stead at Loftus Road.
"Someone who has played at the highest level and won what he's won commands that immediate respect, straightaway,” said Hill.
"He was an unbelievable striker during his playing days, both here and abroad, and he's made a fantastic start to his managerial career as well, so there's a lot of good things going for him.
"One thing we can guarantee him is hard work and endeavour, giving everything we've got, and hopefully make it as enjoyable as we can for him.”
Hill added: "QPR is a very attractive job, make no mistake about it.
"I've seen 12 candidates we're interviewed and I'm sure there were a lot more CV's submitted.
"If he can get us firing on all cylinders, building on the good work Neil has done over the last few weeks, then we’ve every chance of climbing the table. If we can get steamrolling, hopefully we'll be very difficult to stop.”
Buoyed by back-to-back wins, Burnley are the visitors to Loftus Road this weekend for Hasselbaink’s first game in charge – and with it, a first meeting with former R's midfielder Joey Barton following his departure this summer.
Hill, a close friend of his fellow Scouser, believes Barton will get a good reception pre-match, but is encouraging Rangers fans to ‘give him hell’ once the match kicks-off!
"Joey is coming back and I hope he gets a good reception, because I feel he deserves it,” he said.
"No matter happened in his time here, he always gave 100 per-cent and I think a lot of the fans ended up taking to him.
"Hopefully they'll give him a nice round of applause before the game – and then boo the hell out of him when the first whistle goes!”
