tldr; He's not

 

There's loads to criticise but others do it plenty. I'm just balancing it out a little.

 

I haven't heard the hip replacement excuse before. I do recall him saying touchline rants are pointless. I guess it's something he only realised after he joined United as he showed some passion when he was Holland manager at the 2014 World Cup.

Apparently so. He was asked in a presser last season and confirmed that was the case. It doesn't stop him but its an unnecessary risk to take at 64.

Pretty sure Fergie had something like it and therefore rarely hit the touchline later on.

 

You do come across in a similar way to Astro. You always have an excuse for how **** we are which is usually nothing to do with LVG.

There's an issue with all. It was the attack bit seems to be creeping in with the full squad. Not sure why as we should really be miles ahead. Of our 6 draws we should have really won 4 of them, which would is 9 clear. So yeh, that's disappointing.

Van gaal needs to do something to get the belief back. When Moyes couldn't do that, it was over. Van Gaals nowhere near that yet but things need to change.
