Dortmund are my german team, followed them for years and yes, you have the better manager, even if it means we have to deal with posters like you appearing on our board. You bin dippers like to camp on here, we had it with Suarez/Rodgers, but not so much last season
Early days for Klipperty. Yeah, he had one or two good years at Dortmund, and then almost got them relegated - too much for us to hope he could repeat that feat at Pool, I suppose! Really, you mousers might be impressed, but we don't fear anybody nowadays.
Your finishing was clinical but their defending was atrocious (and that's being kind imho)...wasn't a dig a Liverpool ... just think if you'd been at your best like you were v city then it would not have been such a bad night for Southampton cos losing 6-1 to a great performance is not so bad but Southampton seemed to implode after the 1st Sturridge goal...God knows what Caulker was doing for that one! Must have hurt Southampton fans seeing Lalana and Lovren winning 6-1 at St Mary's! Think you'll beat Stoke over 2 games so it looks like you lot v City (can't see Everton turning them over during 2 games).
But they were bottom at Christmas weren't they. They rallied late in the season, but they still flirted with relegation.
i like you boss, youre not half as deluded as your fellow spuds, but (for me) its hard not to come on your board what with all the liverpool related threads and that would love to get a derby final (assuming we beat stoke of course) but its most likely city as i cant see the blueshites getting any result over two legs, probably be double figures on aggregate
If City lose this they'll have lost 4 games already this season. Generally champions don't lose more than 5 or 6 out of 38. Are City out of it or are the rules being re-written? Crazy, crazy season. Long may it continue.
I don't think this is a normal season. They'll worse case be 3 points off the lead, so hardly out of it. With their resources, they can just buy better players in Jan and storm the title.
Stoke could be 6 up ... hit post, great save from Hart, missed open goal, and 1 cleared off line...city are lucky to be only 2 down and are down to 10 men cos of an injury after having used all their subs
Humiliated by a side managed by their old coach. Pellegrini will face a few tough questions about this game, I think.
Give me a club like Bournemouth over a club like Chelsea anyday. I just can't understand how anyone can value trophies won with crap, boring football more than watching a side play good football in an excellent atmosphere. Bournemouth edging Chelsea on the pitch and absolutely thrashing them in the stands so far. Hopefully they'll get a result but even if they don't, they deserve a lot of credit.
Chelsea look far more dangerous playing with a striker...who'd have thought it? No wonder everyone calls their manager a genius if he thinks up innovative ideas like playing a striker. Can see Bournemouth holding out tbh
