Arse licking because I can acknowledge tactical nous, progression and hard graft. Fair enough. It's only preference mate, I didn't expect anybody to agree with mine. Liverpool now in the Thursday night league, more trouble ahead for them I reckon.
They have shown marginally better than relegation form ever since he took over, be surprised if their average is much more than a point a game. Scousers in bother but they tend to be good cup teams and with Europa offering a route to Champions League now...
Lol. I'm not even gonna entertain that 'Cup Side' ****. If they were a 'Cup Side' they'd have not been despatched by the likes of Ludogorets and Basel.
you know what, looking at your next 5 matches and ours, I could see us both being on 26ish points after new year. Never seen the league this close mid table and below before. The lesser teams seem to know how to take points of the big clubs like never before.. Going to be one hell of a season i think!
Jose is head and shoulders above everyone. Interesting people have mentioned Garry Monk, I think if Swansea had appointed a proper manager theyd be genuinely bothering the top 6 this season, he's been made to look good by having a set of very good players imo. Put Monk at a worse side and he'd have picked his p45 up by now. Irvine at West Brom was also a shocking appointment. Pochettino was a terrible appointment too and I fear the vultures will come for Gus before the end of the season.
I agree ref Monk, but I think that fella is a decent manager. Levy gives his managers an impossible task, he's probably the worst owner to work for in the league.
What a difference a year makes... anybody still proud of their top 5 assessment? Lambert got a few mentions
That's why I didn't bother. The Premier League manager life cycle is far too rapid. Things can turn sour very quickly
Just checked mine Mourinho, Pelegrini, Alladyce, Pardue, Pulis, Jose is looking a bit suspect but apart from that not too bad, after all, they are all still working in the Premiership.
Still stand by Jose being the best. Was right on Irving and I'm being proved right about Monk. Pochetino however looks like he's sstarting to get things right at Spurs
I used to like Jose but after his antics this year, he has gone right down in my estimation. Agree with Pochetino
I reckon Klopp will give Jose a run for his money (unfortunately). I agree that Mourinho is probably the master tactician of the EPL but his ego is really ruining his career and the media circus surrounding him individually just makes him less credible by the day. I think Monk is on borrowed time now, the guy is being tested and it looks like scratching his bonce is the only answer he's got so far.
Wenger Klopp Jose Martinez Pochettino Pulis, Big Sam and Pellegrini worth a shout. LVG seems to have drained the excitement out of utd but his results are good and record impressive
