Matty James is getting closer to returning but still weeks away. Nathan Dyer is ineligible to face his parent club and Jamie Vardy will continue to play through injury. So here is what I would go with Schmeichel Simpson Huth Morgan Fuchs Mahrez Drinkwater Kante Albrighton Vardy Ulloa Subs- Schwarzer, De Laet, King, Inler, Schlupp, Okazaki, Kramaric
Any chance ranieri might throw in a curve ball and go with kramaric randomly? Ulloa should have scored against man utd and hasn't been too impressive since getting back into the fold.
Good call. I really hope Kramaric is given a run of games to show us what he can do. Okazaki has had a good run and I have no doubt Kramaric would have tucked Ulloa's chance away.
Or he would have taken too many touches and not created the chance in the first place. I'd say Vardy partner is the only position up for grabs at the moment, would still prefer Ulloa as it gives us a different option, especially with Albrightons crosses. Could always go 4-5-1 with Mahrez in behind.
As I don't get to see live games except on TV, I don't know whether my perception of Kramaric is accurate, so no doubt you'll let me know your opinions. The times I have seen him he looks like he is more concerned about his own game rather than the team. By that I mean he tends to try and go for goal himself from any position or will hold the ball up and try and create a chance for himself rather than move it on quickly to a better placed team mate. I just wonder if he would gel with Vardy and be willing to act as provider as well as scorer.
TBH I think there is much more value in Schlupp being a left winger - is really effective there and plays there for Ghana.

Id be tempted to put schlupp in and mahrez behind to run at the defence. Would also like to see Kramaric on the bench to get some minutes for vardy if we are winning.
I'm not a big fan of playing Siggy and Shelvey at the same time. Shelvey was out by suspension last game coupled with Siggy not having a great game against Liverpooh so , it's Shelvey for me . Both will probably play anyways, at the expense of Britton , because Monk isn't as smart as moi ....
