I just got the match thread up for that game and the only person who claimed it was handball but not deliberate was ........... jaffakop. Every other poster said it was deliberate with varying points like - goal shouldn't have stood ... play to the whistle ... he cheated ... should Suarez have gone to the ref and said don't allow the goal ... these decisions even themselves out. The biggest uproar on that thread was from rivals about Suarez kissing his hand after he'd done it, not knowing he kisses the same hand in the same way every time he scores.

 

We've missed him for a lot more than just yesterday

Maybe wrong game to pick then. It was the most obvious case of Ball hitting hand and game not stopped that I could recall..

 

Those are all out to side for balance. Suarez's was lifted up in air forwards not in natural balance position.

 

Your claiming his hands were in a unnatural position but we were all claiming it was handball at the time anyway #pointlessargument

Suarez had just taken a shot from close range and then had to quickly adjust his balance to avoid running straight into the keeper

If you think his arms were there for deliberate handballing and not balance, are you also saying it's because he's psychic, or he has the fastest reactions of any human ever, or because he was just gambling on a deflection?

Have a close look at the highlites and you will see when the ball strikes his arm it's very , very close to whether it struck his arm inside the box .
He was jumping up from inside the box but when he lands his right leg lands outside the box and it's his right arm that the ball hits .
To call this a penalty from a terrible vantage point , is wrong .
Check the highlites ......simple......should have been a free kick imo

 

You should vent you frustration at your defender, he shouldn't have been a coward.

 

You should have a look at the highlites before you pretend it's just me venting frustration.
I realize facing a possible truth is hard to take as someone who is taking advantage of the outcome .........
