I don't think it was harsh at all. The defender should man up; don't turn away from it and don't stick your arms in the air.

Yep, it was no closer than a free kick wall, and you don't get to throw your hand up there

Liverpool have had the most penalties awarded in the entire PL era.....

Another generous award today [HASHTAG]#standard[/HASHTAG]

Massive 3 points. Not the best performance but results are what we need. We've 6 of the last 7 games in all comps and it's becoming a habit.

Now that Sturridge and Hendo are back, I hope it spells the end for Benteke and Milner. We're gonna get stronger.

In other words, you're bang to rights on today's penalty so you talk about history to infer a [HASHTAG]#conspiracy[/HASHTAG] instead

Tight game, well chuffed to take the points. Good weekend for us or what <cheers>
Thought it was a pen.,the defender wasn't that close and his arms were away from the body. Seen them given many a time, seen them turned down too

You obviously missed the subtlety of that comment, given the fact you were moaning like a bitch [HASHTAG]#standard[/HASHTAG] about the officiating in the first half.

I was clear that the problem was the linesman in the other half, the ref, and UEFA

I didn't say a single bad word against the linesman who gave the penalty

Klopp's first 10 games in charge:

6 wins
3 draws
1 loss

15 goals scored
7 conceded

Same players - working harder and defending better.

EDIT - we've also had to play Soton, Spurs, Chelsea and City in that time as well.

Still upset after running onto the pitch prematurely because you scored a 3rd goal against Bournemouth?
