Oh sweet i've never really seen him play but i'm assured he's much better than the average 'basics ketchup-esque' Stewart Downing. He also has a some good Youtube vids of him demolishing plates of chips.

No point worrying yet. I used to make a killer sauce I got from a Madhur Jaffrey book called East-West sauce, with mustard powder, ketchup, Worcester sauce, sugar and pimento all-spice. It also had soy and fish sauce in it but I didn't like it so much so adapted. See, it started in the East - the soy and fish sauce - then it went West with the Chinese to America in the 19th century, where ketchup got added (for the tamarind in ketchup), then it went back East. Then Heinz just put ketchup and Worcester sauce in a squeezy bottle and ruined trade relations. Now I keep a bottle of Worcester and a bottle of ketchup to mix myself and it means cheap ketchup suffices. Suck on that 57 times, Heinz.
