50% of them are there to watch Oduwa and Ball. <whistle>
    Rangers 1-1 Alloa, 15th November 2014, attendance: 29,548.

Seriously, I assume that there's a rational explanation for that, but I've no idea what it is.

Glasgow had the highest number of pro-independence supporters, they were probably still in mourning <laugh>

this takes me back to my youth when my second team was Third Lanark.I guess the name intrigued me.But the supporters were nice to me and regularly sent me their programmes until they disbanded.Grand old club with a great history.Shame.I guess they lost out to the likes of Celtic and rangers in the end for a fan base.(I still have the programmes....'cos I'm a hoarder!!!!)

I used to watch out for Hamilton Academicals - mainly because Jimmy Greaves had some sort of connection with them.

No mourning Boss pro-independence supporters are on a high. I've just come from an amazingly upbeat meeting in Carluke. A grass roots network is in the process of forming, it already has branches from Orkney to Wigtown which will be another revolution in politics in Scotland

I would confirm your description of Rangers/Celtic btw. With their regular crowds in excess of 50,000 if they had access to Sky money they would soon be challenging at the top of the the table in the PL.
But it would not of course fit in with an Independent Scotland so you can forget any idea of them coming South. <laugh>

Villa are currently 1-0 down to Watford at home.
If that result stays the same, then they'll have picked up 2 points from the last 39 available.
Derby must be hoping that they keep it up and break their record.

Palace 4 Newcastle 1. As it stands Palace with all their talent sit 2 points behind us in the league.
Are Newcastle ****ed? Still believe they will stay up, but they are hammered most weeks. -15 goal difference <yikes>

    Sunderland 2 Stoke 0 <wizard>

Villa 2 Watford 3 . Ten goals conceded in four games since they sacked Sherwood. Relegation couldn't happen to a more deserving club.

Palace have got some very decent players and they seem to be buying into Pardew's plans.
Multiple quick wingers and Cabaye picking them out from the middle of the park.

Newcastle seem to have far too many arseholes in their dressing room and that's been the case for quite a while.
They've got a fair bit of talent, but they never seem to apply themselves properly and don't appear to give a ****, plus their defence is awful.

Roberto Martinez will be absolutely fuming about Everton dropping points today.
2-0 with ten minutes to go and they let it slip, then nick it with 95 minutes gone. To then go on and blow it is ridiculous stuff.
Nice to see Adam Smith get his first Premier League goal, though. Another academy product doing ok for himself.

Chris Hughton's Brighton are back on top of the Championship with a goal from Bobby Zamora taking the points.
18 games in and still unbeaten. Impressive run.

Four years ago an unused sub in a division 5 game! Vardy!

Very nearly as remarkably, Leicester are outclassing a team that must be worth about ten times as much--or were, until very recently.

But what the hell, De Gea? Why be ultra world class against us, and let in a soft one like that against someone else?

On a tactical level, Leicester seem to have possession football sussed. Break in numbers with faster players running harder, and get it at the goal ASAP. We did okay against them because our players run at least as hard as they do. But teams that don’t are going to get caught on the break. Man U could be three down.

Announcer’s curse. After looking very compact, some truly awful set piece defending from Leicester. Man U are lucky to be even, and luckier not to have three yellow cards.

United's season continues in the same vein. Play crap and score from your only chance(s). Is their good fortune ever going to run out?
