The best consistent taker of unorthodox penalties of recent years has got to be Graham Alexander who was at Burnley when they were in the Prem. He's over 40 now and despite regularly taking them for over 20 years I believe he's only ever missed one.

Yup Le Tiss scored 27 out of 28 penalties in his carreer. Jan Molby while at Liverpool Only missed 3 out of 46 I think so he comes a close 2nd.
I recall a Paolo Di Canio penalty where he chipped the keeper. Against Bradford I think it was, with him playing for West Ham. Can't find it on Youtube though
