Once again we have a totally disjointed programme, how many times do Leeds have to be shown first, FFS talk about living on past glories, and then we as leaders have to wait until 7 games in to be shown, I cant wait till this cock up of a show is put out of its misery
I've stopped even turning onto that show now, apart from the games they choose to feature not making sense but all the clap trap between the action is as boring as f**k
Itv did it much better, you knew their program structure...league by league, top of table then bottom followed by teams in the middle & much better analysis from presenters & pundits...c5 just seem 2 throw it all in the air & see whats left after the white ****es.
It’s of the standard I expected when I learnt of C5 taking it on. To show the Leeds match first was baffling though. I actually laughed when I heard George (is it just the camera perspective or is he actually about 5ft tall?) introduce it as if it was the tasty game of the day that everyone was talking about due to the two no-mark managers playing their former sides. I, like most people I assume, placed no stock in the match whatsoever apart a wee chuckle that Leeds lost at home, again. Having said that, I find it hard to raise the strength to dislike Leeds these days – they’re just so irrelevant in terms of competition to us, or anyone else (apart from the bottom 3). In fact, I often actually want them to win and take points off the teams near the top.
Leeds were televised so received extended highlights. This was covered the last time people chucked a wobbly about the order of games.
I don't even watch it anymore, I would rather wait to see the youtube highlights, as I have zero interest in watching Leeds getting beat again..
Yeah no idea why they were first but don't really see the issue with it, walk out of the room for five minutes, come back, and enjoy the rest. I watch it for what it is, football highlights, and I enjoy it regardless of the team, obviously with extra focus on us, whether we're at the start, middle or end.
I’m not that arsed about where they show us to be honest and I’m also happy to watch their highlights as I am with any other team. But showing Leeds first and then dressing it up as the ‘big match’ smacked of a bias towards them rather than an equitable decision of a football highlights show.
The whole format of it is terrible... It jumps about all over the place, football highlights are football highlights it's all the stuff in the middle that is ****.
is it any better then the Chuckle Brothers commentary of City games on Radio Humberside? Yesterday v Bristol City was painful. Just commentate on the game FFS.
why do we have to keep going over and over about this programme, its been discussed previously, its ****, move on
No point in moaning about it. Just accept it is dire. Another reason why getting back to the PL and MOTD is so important. Lol. Watch SSN after 6pm. You get better highlights within one hour from all the FL games. Goals express is what I either watch or sky+.
Last I heard CH.5 had already got the viewing figures down to less than 500,000 BBC used to get north of 3m viewers most weekends. I would like to hear from anyone who thinks CH.5 is worth watching actually ?? wums apart that is.
