Diame Livermore Maguire Not at our best so a good point all things considered. Seemed slow after the international break once again.
1. Robertson and then a big gap to 2. Diamé 3. Maguire I thought Jake was off-colour today, Elmo anonymous and Akpom, well, poor. Thought we looked classy and confident despite that.
Average display in a game there for the taking. Daws injury could hurt us. Akpom still learning, keen as **** but selfish and naive. Still unsure about Maguire, sound in the air but his lack of pace is a concern. Just saying.. Allam OUT.
Diame - I particularly liked the covering back when he chased their striker all the way back and came away with the ball. Livermore - not at his best but still worked hard and key to midfield domination. Robertson - pity about the booking and foul that lead to their goal. Otherwise he was lively in attack and put in some good crosses.
Ok I only saw the 2nd half & last few minutes of the 1st so I don't think my vote will count, I'll leave that to the organiser, but 2nd half! Robertson Diame Livermore Really could be in any order!
I wouldn't normally challenge anyone's motm choices as its all about opinions, but McGregor? He made a good save from a free kick, but for their goal he looked like one of their players had just tasered him in the plums. He's ****. And don't anyone tell me he makes some good saves, every keeper makes good saves. McGregor is a ****ing liability and we need to sign a far better one in January. Bristol city's Fielding looked the part today.
Fielding had nothing to do!! FFS, it's the first goal he's conceded in 6 games! GK always come under the spotlight, he's one of the best in the Championship, even lower PL from what I've seen! Who could we get in any case? That guy from Southend? Lower league, would need to adjust! I admit he does need better back up to push him in competition terms as I don't see Jak giving him too many worries, but to slate him for that?
Diamé Robertson Huddlestone Missed Hernandez's hold up play so badly today, it just bounces off Akpom.
I'm slating him because he's ****. Keepers make good saves, every keeper makes good saves. The difference between a good keeper and a bad one is how they command their area, how they help the defenders around them. Where Mcgregor fails miserably is calmness under pressure. In this area of his game, I find it impossible to believe he ever comes off the field without soiled underpants. This is a trait best not seen in any goalkeeper. I'm sorry but he's really ****ing awful when it comes to pressure. Diame Dawson Robertson
Watched it today and their goal was shown over again, slo-mo, different angles. Greegsy missed it first chance and then was badly sighted/positioned.
