Good move by Blackburn Rovers <cheers>

No way would we want Paul Lambert's type at Charlton.....I mean...he is a Brit for starters ha ha ha...can you imagine, previously successful in the league, knows the players etc.

Another one slips through the net whilst we struggle on with the Interim One until the next bad run of results (should be December then...)

Top draw assistant in Irvine too.

They've joined a team under an embargo. And owned by the Venky's. Maybe, just maybe, they might have had an interest in us.

There comes a point where beating the Wendies just looks like a pyhrric victory, as it nailed Carole into the job, thus allowing us to even bother looking for another manager with a better CV and better experience. It's not always poitive to worry about what other clubs do, but this just highlights the incmpetencerife at the Valley. And KM and Murray were dim witted enough to claim the 5 manager turnover was actually a sign of successfull recruitment. Makes your blood boil!

    It seems that ...

    Riga was better than Powell
    Peeters was better than Riga
    Luzon was better than Peeters
and Carol is better than Luzon.

Now, if any other club in the Championship has a shortlist for Head Coach (Manager) and they had applications from - Powell, Riga, Peeters, Luzon and Carol (saying that he had managed Rotherham on Football Manager and won the Premiership/European Cup three times in a row) which ones would they bother to interview? My guess is that it would be only Powell and Riga which according to Bubbles were our worst two managers.
