walker should have been sent off for kicking the ball at the Spanish player on the ground. This game is like watching an FA cup with a non league team playing a Premiership team.
Terrible things happening in Paris, seemingly, with a shooting in the city and a bomb going off near to the Stade de France
Think is was Ali actually, he doesn't look ready. Pretty average from a lot of the players but why do so many of them have such poor technique and passing - it's not like the Southampton players, like Bertrand are that poor.
FT Bosnia 1-1 Ireland. Good result for Ireland. All ready for Shane Long to score the winner in the second leg
Kane had little service but he looked nervous and rushed when shooting and did not take the right options.
N.Ireland 1-0 Latvia. Steve Davis again. What a little goal machine.! N.I. Sports presenter, talking about Davis, says is it a shame he's never been picked up by a top club.? Ian Dowie replies, I think Ronald Koeman might have something to say about that.! They'll finish in the top 6. Well done, Ian. Once a Saint... And I saw Marian Pahars again.
If what Alli did was a sending off offence we should all just give up now. He passed the ball at him in a childish way yes, the referee could have a word and at the very worst issue a yellow, but even that is a bit far.
I didn't bother with the England game. But I did notice Lallana got dispossessed 5 times. The next most dispossessed England player was dispossessed 2 times. This was always something that annoyed me about Lallana and honestly why I never rated him highly at any point. He gets dispossessed and gives the ball away cheaply too much. He also runs around like a headless chicken with and without the ball too much. He doesn't understand how to keep the midfield in shape without the ball. He has the raw talent, it's just his decision making that's abysmal. It surprises me he hasn't learned more by now or been taught more. The main thing Lallana needs to learn is to have a better understanding of his position and improve his decision making. A player as talented as Lallana should simply not be getting dispossessed so many times. Ramirez has exactly the same problem as Lallana. The raw ability is there, just the decision making and understanding of the game really isn't. I don't think there is much to chose between Lallana and Ramirez either. Lallana has just over-rated and got more chances due to being English. Their Premier League stats seem to suggest there is next to nothing between them.
