Definitely was a different beast today but still managed to find one too good. Had ours jumped half decent he surely would have won!
Hahaha, two nice winners, a second that shoulda won and a "refused to race". Aaaaahhhh the rich tapestry that horse racing is!
Threeways battles well to land the lucky last, was only 2/1,certainly not enough funds to pay for a threeway but a winner all the same!
After a fantastic weekend on the horses and the footi i'm calling on Charles Camoin to save my betting monday at 5:10. I'm crossing everything, exorcising bad spirits and touching wood! please log in to view this image
Gutted as Skybet have refunded my stakes on Lamps but I was in town and put a lot more on, but they're not refunding.
Hills are not refunding anything as I've challenged it as had Lamps in a bet. Their response is Lamps was withdrawn after starters orders as it refused to race. As it had come under starters orders it is deemed a participant in the race. Boo.
FCUM versus Chesterfield on a pitch that is probably a quagmire.. Won't suit us. Wouldn't e surprised to see us beaten.
They all won, trust me not to do an accumulator! 1.15 Carlisle, Baywing 5/2 4.00 Carlisle, Three Ways 5/2 5.10 Kempton, The Steward 10/3 1.00 Southwell, Rosa Fleet 7/2 I had to back both Baywing and Rosa Fleet with their stables being in form (especially Venetia Williams).
Chill out Owl. So many factors to be taken on trust in that race given the length of time both the Henderson runners have been out really does mean that anything could happen. It's 100% certain both were being ridden to orders but i'm 100% sure neither was told not to lose the race. Bobs Worth, like him or loathe him, is a battler. Simonsig - we don't really know do we. He's been up against average grade one fields his whole career and i can't really think of a time when he's been extended.
