I have some sympathy with Wenger on this: I'd say 7 or 8 of your 'strongest Xi' were playing last night. The only really weak replacement was Campbell and he is an experienced international. You simply can't run a squad to cover 10 injuries to squad players. You'd need 30 in the squad to make up for the fact that Walcott, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ramsey were all out at once and still leave you with a strong alternative.
Cthylla on a bike, anyone else see the ludicrous arse-licking the Six O'Clock News gave to the Portuguese rat? You'd think he'd written Fiona Bruce's introduction for her.
Bournemouth have totally outplayed Newcastle for 25 minutes. Well on top, creating chances and defensively solid. Mitrovic, Perez, goal. 1-0 to the Geordies. Brutal on the home side. I think that we should be keeping an eye on those two strikers, especially if Newcastle go down.
I love how the plastics are complaining on the BBC Football website, because United are complete ****e!
Chelsea have 15 minutes to save their season. You can't doubt their commitment. They look like a team desperately trying to salvage the season, while aware everything is against them. Not that we're sympathetic.
It's tempting to make a comment about how much more committed their players when Moron's not even in the stadium...
I was shouting at my telly when Arnautovic decided to go it alone late on though. Had 2-0 in my 10p doubles
I'm not so sure OS. Whilst it repulses me to defend chelsea, they definitely deserved more out of that game, and many a good team have gone to Stoke and lost in recent years. I'd like to think that a hammering at WHL will be the final straw, thus concluding the full circle of revenge for all the ****e we've indirectly suffered as a result of Chelsea over the years. They without question started coming unhinged after that 5-3 pasting. Now it's time to apply the final nail to a very smug coffin.
Yeah, it's a shame, I was hoping we'd be the ones to put the final nail in the coffin at the end of the month.
It's not one result though. It's nearly every week and it's got to the point where no one at Chelsea can see where their next win is coming from, because everyone can beat them.
