    I think its all smoke screens to try and divert some of the pressure of the lad's, i mean even Colo has said this at some point. I agree this is fustrating but i guess 1st aim of the season is to stay up regardless of team or stature.

    I don't know what to expect from us this season, but isn't survival the basic aim for the majority of teams after how close last season was?!

    I'd take survival again. The gap between the top and the bottom is only going to get wider and without spending stupid money, we aren't going to be up there any time soon.

    Thats the aim, he just said first and foremost we must stay in the league, which is obvious, and BBC has jumped on that.

    I actually think this is a good sign that the team will take nothing for granted next season. I would rather have a team that is aware of the challenges ahead than one that expects to stroll up the table. Makes them work harder. How many teams did we take lightly and lose or draw to last season?

    Two things wrong with that article.

    1. I'd assumed Shola's aim was to play first team football, he'll be far from guaranteed that.

    2. "Shola" and "aim" don't necessarily go hand in hand, hence point #1.
