It was dissapointing to see so many leave early. Kodjia's goal is a reason why you should stay to the end and I'm sure the 5,000 or so left in the ground were probably glad they did as well. It may have been tricky to come back but seeing the south stand resemble the emptiness of the Ricoh arena must make the players disheartened a bit.
Makes me wonder why some people go at all- 10 minutes before half time, people were streaming out of the Dolman (much more than normal). At the end, the South strand was deserted. One bit of bonus, was that when we did leave, the traffic out of Bristol was much lighter than normal! Most of the Atyeo seemed to stay On another note, I thought that the reception Matt Smith got when he came on, was the best I have ever seen for a returning player, almost everyone seemed to clap
Matt Smith had the biggest clap of the game, how we could do with him back at the gate. We do not score enough goals with the chances we create. That includes Kojak. Sorry another performance like that against the wolves and questions need to be asked. Fans were booing today, that is the first signs of unease.
I stayed to the end, I always do. Even though you're losing its always nice to see a goal. As Gdknac said getting home was easy, so everyday has a silver lining
I cannot blame anyone for leaving at 4-0 down, that was a shocking, inept, display we were out-thought by Fulham who knew we would fly at them from the start and also knew we would be vulnerable at the back with our centre backs spreading out so far apart. it was the easiest day out they will have in this league and the game was over in half an hour.
We played well going forward bar the end result and the goals were sloppy but we didn't look frail til the third goal bar these mistakes
Fulham dealt easily with most threats we threw at them. Kodjia being the only real threat, he is visibly getting frustrated and he is the only quality in the side at the moment. We need to tighten up now.
like I always say, its hard to sit and watch your team being soundly beat, but it doesn't help them to leave, if your a proper fan, you wont just support the team when they win, but ALWAYS through good and bad and they NEED it, even more so when they are down. Feel very sorry for Jimmy, he really needs more help!
I just don't get this perseverance with Wilbraham, the amount of times Kodjia gets down the flanks there is no one to pass too. It's like as my wife said, "it feels like our players are becoming spectators in watching him on his own" We need someone with pace to play alongside him, at least Agard would stay up with him.
I have to leave early when it's an evening game if I come by train. The last train to Swindon leaves at 22:30 and the next one isn't till 4am. Having said that I don't come to many evening games since moving to Swindon so this has only happened a handful of times. Still annoying though - I would rather stay till the end.
I go to the match of a time of my own decision, I'll leave the match at the time of my own decision, if people don't like it, **** them...
I am a proper fan and it would be nice to see a proper performance from the team. Even a team of schoolboys is more disciplined than some in our side who go wandering around the pitch instead of keeping the shape. Ayling on the left wing being a good example. Freeman took a yellow which led to McCormicks goal. But where was Ayling when Freeman committed the foul? Twenty yards further up the pitch. I left early at 16.35 because it is heartbreaking to see the Club I have followed all my life, performing like a drunken pub team. I am sick and tired of seeing one good season followed by the inevitable battle against relegation. For my own sanity and peace of mind, I may well not come anymore because I cannot stomach it. The living in hope that it will get better. But it rarely does. We could well beat Wolves for a change but it won't last. A little bit of hope gets squashed in the next game.
I thought it was Ayling originally with the foul. The trouble is there is no cover with 352 and when not playing weakened sides we are open to exploitation. I noticed too many gaps yesterday.
Although I left it up to the bloke behind me to yell out all our floors. I'd be worried if a player was so away with the fairies he could hear an individual from row Z!
I think anyone who left at half-time is simply weak. You stick it out through the bad times as well as the good (and never ever give up) Oh - and lack of form does not mean the team are not trying
