I was volunteering at the 38th Norwich Beer Festival last night and there were some very drunk punters by the end of the evening. It looked someone had had 'diced carrots' for tea just outside what used to be Delaney's!!!
Norwich City Council have a big responsibility in creating this problem by restricting licences for clubs pretty much to the POW. Any alternative clubs that want to set up outside this area stand little or no chance of being granted said licence. Concentrate all the muggers buggers bush wackers horn swagglers **** kickers and Methodists in one area and that is what you get.
