Sorry, you're right. I should have said "you have paid for 26 so far". But the deal he paid for entitled him to free cup games. Hull City are funding this through the money he paid for when he bought the season ticket. Having 3 so far has meant he's been able to get full use out of that deal. He's not got them for free, more that he's got them cheaper.
Did the deal he signed up for include cup games, or had he bought the pass before that bit was announced? Compared to those that didn't buy by the deadline, which is the comparison, he's getting them for free.
No it didnt. FFS I paid for my season pass for 23 games. The club then said all SP's can got to 3 Cup games free after I had already entered into an agreement with them by buying the pass!!!!!! You've come into this discussion at a late entry point Andy. Its got to do with some on here going on about our pass prices being the highest etc. By getting these 3 games it lowers the cost of a season pass if you count the 3 Cup games. Some, PLt, dont want to do that.
But you're not gaining additional money or anything like that from this deal. These games are not free as you wouldn't have got them if you didn't buy a pass. You're simply getting a better deal than you originally signed up to.
O/T but cant find those posts about bad films. I'm watching one now on Syfy channel called Lavalantula: an ancient volcano erupts in Santa monica spewing out gigantic fire breathing spiders. Its ace. Lava and tarantula, Lavalantula geddit!!
...Oh the old "if I'm exposed as a bell end, I was intentionally fishing" line ... predictable bell end then?
Dunno but GLP would love this film. Its got Steve Guttenberg, Michael Winslow and Leslie Easterbrook from Police Academy in it. Didnt recognise Guttenberg at first he's had that much surgery.
Syfy films are ****ing ace. The film studio behind Lavalantula and Sharknado amongst others is called The Asylum.
It's a bit strong calling it a legal challenge, as far as I'm aware, some people just complained to Trading Standards that the 'prices based on Premier League football' wording on the pass renewals constituted misselling. I believe that Trading Standards have said it potentially does, though I doubt there's much chance they'll do anything about it. And no Chazz, HCST isn't involved in any legal challenge.
Is that the same people PLT is on about? Legal action FFS, a phone call to the Council. The lack of anything else is it's own answer as to the legality. How desperate are some people to appear to be victims?
