He took more than his fair share, so spends his life looking over his shoulder.

He can't take his dog for a walk without 5 bouncers.

    Karma will dictate with him.......

It's not just the results though IMO, it's his attitude and demeanour too. He just doesn't look like he wants to be there and his actions are those of a man trying to deliberately rub everyone up the wrong way. He used to pick his fights wisely but now he's just lashing out at random. It's bizarre and it's embarrassing for the club. I'm not sure Abramovich will be seeing it from only a results perspective. He knows Maureen is capable of turning things around but at what cost if he let's him carry on ranting and raving unchecked?

It looks like the players arn't buying into the whole 'its the world against us' bullshit routine he always pulls at all the clubs he manages. 3rd year, its run its course and he doesn't know what to do.

Thats the issue isn't it. Does he want to do the rebuilding job? If not then it doesn't matter how "talented" a manager he is.

Everything he is doing contradicts his claims he wants to fight.

Mourinho is a **** coach though. All he can do is put everyone behind the ball, buy the best players to make the most of the chances when they arise, and instruct his players to foul and attempt to injure opponents to break up their attacks.

Anyone can do that, so Mourinho's main talent is being a figurehead and handling the egos that come with a billion pound team of mercenaries. Once that part goes he's worthless. I don't think the players have completely stopped playing for him, but I don't see how he can have too much respect given his string of #meltdowns since the Eva abuse.

    Sure they can.....

I think some of the current issues date back to that Eva nonsense though. He created an internal divide over that I think.

However, calls for his head are ridiculous at this stage. Especially with an easy home game on the horizon to get them back on track <ok>

He's not used to losing, it's as simple as that.

He's never had a patch of form like this in his entire career to date and he doesn't know how to handle it.

I think the lashing out is a self defence mechanism, and I agree it doesn't reflect well. But this is Chelsea we're talking about, since when did they give a **** about that?

Not if you're calling for it for reasons other than football results.

And even with the football results, Rodgers was sacked for doing better with a worse and more injured squad.

Mourinho has spent £291m in his second spell at Chelsea, including £45m on Rahman and Cuadrado who have 15 appearances between them.

When Chelsea won the league last season they were ****e for the second half, only the lack of any other challengers let them coast after a good start. Rodgers was also very good at using momentum to keep a streak going.

Basically the only difference is Mourinho has a longer history of winning. He also has a longer history of being a total **** and failing after a couple of seasons though.

So the only difference between Rodgers and Mourinho is that the latter has a track record of actually winning things.

Thanks for clearing that up <laugh>

A 'worse and more injured squad' that he spent 3 years and £300m putting together mate.

Mourinho also spent £300m in 3 years, starting from a higher position, the guarantee of CL, and far far higher wages offered <doh>

If you're going to use his past history then it also proves over and over he is useless after a couple of seasons

So if the couple of points difference between winning and not winning is the deciding factor why the **** not sack him now?

You think he's on to win the league this season?

No mate, the difference is that he carries a record of 8 domestic league titles, 2x CL's a UEFA Cup and 10x domestic cup competitions

Compared to a trophy haul of errmmmm, well.........................**** all

He's therefore a proven winner and a World renowned manager, as opposed to some gobshite who was found out to be a complete #fraud

Just £80m+ than every other team except Man City, so Man City being a total failure last season but not in 13/14 is the deciding factor <ok>
