Back in July 6mil or less would have easily got him, now we'd surely be wanting at least what we paid for him, fair play to him spot on attitude and if he does go in Jan to a big offer can't blame him
We're not missing either Brady or Chester. We were definitely missing a goalscorer though. Hernandez is far more valuable to us than those two.
alright fess up.. who's messed with Abel's Wiki?? look at the teams he's played for before City! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abel_Hernández
Every player wants to play in the PL, I think he will stay until we are promoted and decide his future from there, has he justified someone paying £10mill, not yet! And that's what we will be after. He's contracted to the club for 2/3 more years, so it's upto us if we sell. If we go up it would be stupid of us to let him go and stupid of him to leave.
If someone makes an Serie A: Top Scorer 2006,07,08,09,10,11,12,13 Ballon D'or: 2009,2010 World Soccer Greatest XI of All Time £10M was a bargain!
Anyone else thinking that Abel and the Jak are bezzie mates. Abel gave him a playful kick after the shootout and I'm sure his run straight to him after scoring. It's beautiful. What I'm saying is, could this bromance be a big factor in Abel's resurgence. If so, we need to keep the Jak in the building.
I think it takes players a season to settle in, Abel is probably one of the first names on the team sheet at the moment, not just because of his goal scoring but his work rate throughout a match. Maybe we all should remember this when Diomonde takes to field, give lad a chance and maybe he will ooze with the confidence Abel is currently.
I think this season you are right, likely to be used mainly from the bench until Akpom goes back at the end of the season.
Might Akpom not be going anywhere if he starts to score a few goals, (not too many), and we happen to get promoted, the likelihood of first team football for him at the Emirates is pretty slim.
It will take a long time to adjust from Siciliy to Hull. It doesnt matter how good a player is, it's a massive upheaval for them.
No, or at least not yet. Either way, too early to judge. Kramaric hasn't even played 15 games for us and lets not forget how diabolical Hernandes was last season.
