And what if a fair amount of that money he's saving in tax exile is going to the bottom feeders instead of it all going towards building new fountains in London?
Money going to those in the bottom section of society is far better for the economy as a whole, than if being kept in tax exile - at least the bottom of society spend it, because they have to, so it is circulated in the system benefiting everyone. If the cash is kept offshore in an account or invested in property, it just sits there doing nothing and is removed from the economy, like a parasite sucking out and putting nothing back in.
