I had no idea what it was until this happened either, but it seems it breaks down everything that goes into your stomach, as well as regulating the level of insulin in your blood, so it's fairly important.

You can only get a transplant if you have life threatening Type 1 Diabetes, you also don't transplant it on it's own, you have to transplant several organs together, so it's not a very pleasant. Apparently, the desire to have a drink isn't a good enough reason to go through the proceedure, but I would if I could.

I'm still smoking, they're not taking any more of my pleasures away.

In fact, I'm thinking of taking up heroin.

    Mixed amongst womens drinks.

But I'll admit I can take it or leave it with the booze these days.

Sure, I can still have a heavy session out with the lads, but then I can go several weeks without touching a drop. Without even realising it.

4.1%??? That's basically a soft drink. What's the point. Might as well have a Coca Cola.

Christ on a bike, just listen to yourself man.

You'll be digging out the deep fat fryer and injecting Horse next.

    Get a grip mate.

Owt from North of the border should not be touched. I've given up whisky as a one man protest against the heathen hordes.

    I'm supping brandy now instead.

Greek brandy, which in all fairness I never knew existed until I went to Ibiza.

Bought a bottle at East Midlands on the way out.

Do you mean Metaxa honey? Try Knob Creek, it's an American bourbon, but I think you'll like it.

"Beer Festival". The clue's in the title.

I've done a couple of bottle's of Old Empire IPA & now tucking into a personalised three bottle collection from Hogs Back Brewery. High on the Hog, Piggyback & Over the Moon.

    Bang out of order.

I'm disgusted with that post Chazz, ****ing shameful, I honestly thought better of you.

Don't ever, and I mean ever, put me on the same military standing as Happy.

He was in the RAF ffs.

Whilst he titted about taking photos whilst waxing his tash I was either on my belly( at the time about 1/4 of what it is now I hasten to add) clearing mine fields or blowing up bridges.

Proper men's work, unlike that undertaken by the gay lord brigade.
