    I'll be the impartial referee.

The losers have to brush their teeth with Billy's Smeguafresh - apart from Billy, he loves the taste of it.

Both teams must not leave the pitch unless bones have been broken and blood has been spilled.

Arse hair pies are the trophies of the day.

Quality gifs there, Bri. But I am seriously pooping my pants this time out. We are dead last and the law of averages is against us anarl.

However, six on the trot would be sweeeeeeeet :)

I'm not to bad. Thought I'd be much worse. Knowing sooner or later we'll lose I'm cool as we've had a fantastic period of dominance. The league position doesn't bother me. Concern over league position doesn't begin till Christmas for me.

When was the last time you's finished above us in the league? About 5 years ago wasn't it <laugh>

No matter how **** we are, you always seem to be just that little bit ****ter. And that's with the 6 points we seem to give you every season.

I'm calling it now, if you don't win on Sunday, you will definitely be relegated <ok>

Three Newcastle United fans given football banning orders for derby day disorder

    • The offenders caused trouble by throwing coins and damaging seats at the Stadium of Light following Sunderland's 1-0 win in April
Three Newcastle United fans have been hit with football banning orders after their derby day frustrations turned to rage.

Two Magpie fans ripped up seats and another hurled coins into crowds at the Stadium of Light during last season’s Wear-Tyne derby, which ended with Sunderland winning 1-0.

The trio will now miss their team’s derby clash on Sunday and are banned from attending any Newcastle United matches for the next three years.

On Tuesday, Sunderland Magistrates’ Court heard how CCTV images identified the trouble makers two days after their team lost at the home of the Black Cats in April.

District Judge Roger Elsey heard Kyle Binks, 23, was caught kicking seat 17 in row seven of the away fans pen.

When confronted with his behaviour, he admitted causing the damage, saying he was drunk and had no recollection of the incident.

Binks, who defended himself at the hearing, told the court: “It was out of character and it will not happen again.”

The court then heard how Michael Bland, 23, was also caught on camera tearing up seating in the away section.

Bland, who also defended himself, told the judge: “I would like to say it was out of character. I had had a lot to drink on the day but it does not excuse what I did.

“I have been following Newcastle for 12 years now. I am really sorry for what I have done.”

Adam Inskip, 24, was caught throwing coins into the crowds inside the ground.

When confronted with his behaviour Inskip, who too defended himself, said: “It was not acceptable and totally out of character for me. It was a stupid thing and I have let my family down.”

Northumbria Police applied for football banning orders, which were granted by the court.

Judge Elsey imposed the orders on all three men, which ban them from attending any Newcastle United or England match for the next three years.

Aaron Carruthers, 22, of Howson Crescent, Newton Aycliffe, also pleaded guilty to criminal damage in relation to seating at the stadium and will be sentenced at a later date.

The offenders were caught out by a high resolution Panomera CCTV camera, which was installed at the Stadium of Light last season to assist the police and club safety staff to ensure that any incidents of anti-social behaviour can be dealt with.

The camera is able to capture detailed footage of the stadium’s entire away section, whilst being able to rewind and zoom in as it continues to record.

Sunderland AFC’s head of safety, Paul Weir, said: “The system uses the latest technology to ensure that we can create a safer environment for everyone at the Stadium of Light.

“The majority of supporters visiting the stadium are very well behaved and are here to simply enjoy the game and get behind their team. However, having this system in place ensures that we can quickly identify and deal with the small minority intent on causing disorder.”

Chief Superintendent Steve Neill, operations commander at Northumbria Police, said : "Sunderland AFC have invested a lot of money in supporter safety through this new technology and these convictions are testament to the work they are doing.

"We will always work with our regions football clubs to try and stamp out disorder within our stadiums and I want to reiterate that the force will not tolerate misbehaviour that puts other fans at risk.

"The majority of football fans in the North East behave impeccably and I want to thank them for continuing to work with us to ensure we can create a safe environment for our football communities.

"But these sentences are a clear warning to those looking to cause trouble. If you misbehave at a football match you will face being br

The Panomera camera system will be operating during Sunday’s derby fixture.

What a strange thing to say.

Losing to you doesn`t mean we`ll be relegated any more than beating you guarantees we`ll stay up.

Completely baffled by that logic.

In each of the last 3 seasons, points accumulated v NUFC have kept you up on their own. Add in to that the feel good factor you have achieved from changing manager, beating us and taking that confidence forward. You need a similar boost right now and if you don't get it I see nothing to suggest you can pick up enough points on merit.

<laugh> I'm sure no one will be throwing in the towel in the event that you don't beat us. I'm just looking at the last couple of seasons especially, it's fair to say that winning the derby was the sole turning point for keeping you in the division when all looked lost. Need the same again.

Them NUFC fans in Court must be reet hard. Kicking the **** out of the seats :)

If we do lose the derby, apart from the True Geordie jizzing his ceks, we can rest easy in the knowledge that we had five on the trot (including 3 at their place) before we came a cropper. If we win, though, it's six and TTG will explode live on YouTube, which would be nice :)

I don`t give a toss about this bragging rights rubbish. As soon as they win 6 in a row they can have them.

It's a real ****cunt and insincere move to say "if we lose I don't care because we've won 5 on the trot." Absolute garbage.

I beg to differ, JC. We know it has to end sometime, but that's not to say we don't want to beat you twats good and proper, Sunday.

Statistically, we'll beat SOMEBODY this season, just on the law of averages (even though right now it's hard to see who). But 5 straight wins means we're up against it.

Just try tossing coins and getting 6 straight heads...
