I don't see a reason to not give him a chance. I actually think its pretty shocking the way our fans have went on making jokes about him. His record speaks for itself. Multiple promotions with Crawley and multiple promotions with Rotherham plus he kept them in the league last season. He clearly has a talent for motivating players. And right now thats what we require. On paper our team is as good as any but they're not playing with confidence...

The only bit he got wrong was disrespecting the fans with his blinkered seals insult. The fans have been immense in their support. Now even that is under attack with the restrictions placed on the away following. How much more does the club want to do, to destroy the future fan base.
