SB daren't play him at LB from the start in a flat back four. Some players peak at a young age then plateau and disappear down the leagues. I hope this isn't the case with Robbo but he's not plateaud (sic) he's actually regressed since last season.
Defiantly had a dip in form. Only way to solve that is more game time, seems a bit afraid to give youngsters a chance at the moment though.
If it wasn't for a blinding save from MvcGregor, Robertson would have cost us the game on Saturday and he'd only been on a few minutes. If we're going to play Robertson, we need to go 3-5-2, he's nowhere near good enough defensively to play in a back four. Personally, I'd be happy if we did switch to a 3-5-2.
He needs to be able to put in a decent cross aswell, which he seems to be struggling with. I'm not impressed so far.
I don't see how professional footballers struggle to kick a ball accurately so much tbh. Even my old 5 a side team didn't misplace so many passes and crosses. It annoys me he struggles to beat the first man at times but I just feel as though he will improve with time and prove to be an excellent replacement for Andy D
Delivery on the whole is pretty good. Lots of fans are to quick to turn on young players, needs time and experience. Every player has a rocky patch, I think for young players they should continue to play though it as to not knock confidence. Happens to often then they disappear. However Roberson has been linked with West brom according to last weeks papers 7 mill? Don't think would get that but would be a tidy profit.
I think he cost us a few points last year? Stupid short passes in front of his own goal! Cracking save from mcgregor though!
