Looks like they're really getting stuck into the crooked bastards now, and mainly because the Yanks got involved. There must be plenty more of the ****ers that are waiting for that tap on their shoulder.

A good example of ignoring the penny-whistle blow job methinks.

FA suspends support for Platini's FIFA candidacy

The FA supports the statement issued by UEFA on Thursday 15 October concerning the ethics case against Michel Platini.

This statement expressed respect for the significant work performed by Mr Platini at UEFA, requested that he be afforded due process in contesting the charges, and encouraged the relevant bodies involved to reach a final decision on the merits of the case by mid-November.

The FA wishes Mr Platini every success in fighting these charges and clearing his name, and has no interest in taking any action that jeopardises this process.

However, notwithstanding the above, at the UEFA meeting on Thursday, The FA learnt more information relating to the issues at the centre of this case from Mr Platini’s lawyers.

We have been instructed that the information must be kept confidential and therefore we cannot go into specifics.

As a result of learning this information, The FA Board has on Friday morning concluded that it must suspend its support for Mr Platini's candidature for the FIFA Presidency until the legal process has been concluded and the position is clear.

A decision can then be taken on who to support in the Presidential election on 26 February 2016.

It's taken them far too long to attempt to cover their backs with regard to what a **** he is. There again it shouldn't come as any surprise when The FA is also full of ****s that like to give out jobs for the boys to useless ****ers like Southgate, Hodgeson and other ****s that speak with a southern accent, which appears to be a major part of the qualification criteria.

In this particular instance, I don't think it took them a long time to decide to withdraw support, they just had to be seen to follow procedure before they cast him adrift.

Possibly so Lambo, however it doesn't alter the fact that all of the football organisations appear to be operated by corrupt, in one way or another, ****s.

Breaking: FIFA says it will investigate "serious allegations" that Germany secured 2006 World Cup with bribes.

    FIFA suspends Kuwait Football Association.

There's not going to be anyone left soon.

I wouldn't be that bothered if it turned out a proper footballing country like Germany did bribe its way to getting a World Cup. The trouble for me is when a totally unsuitable country such as Kuwait gets the tournament. Edit: Or even Qatar.

Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone says Sepp Blatter should remain in charge of Fifa despite facing corruption charges.

Blatter, who is suspended, is under criminal investigation over apayment made to Uefa boss Michel Platini in 2011. Both men deny any wrongdoing.

Ecclestone said: "I don't think he should have ever stepped down. I don't think he should have been challenged.

"If people allegedly have been corrupted to make things happen in their country, it's good."

The 85-year-old added: "It's a tax football had to pay."

He also backed Russian President Vladimir Putin and said there was "no place for democracy".

Ecclestone, who was talking on Russian television, said the reason Blatter deserved support was "because of him we have a lot of countries around the world that are now playing football".

The 17-year Fifa reign of Swiss Blatter, who is suspended for 90 days, ends in February.

Ecclestone, who has become notorious for controversial comments in the past, said he thought Putin was "super", adding: "I'm his best supporter."

Vladimir Putin attended the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi last weekend

In the past, Ecclestone has referred to women as "domestic appliances" and praised Adolf Hitler as someone who "got things done".

Ecclestone has run the commercial side of F1 for nearly 40 years and last year faced two separate trials on corruption charges.

A civil case in the UK was dismissed and he paid a German court £60m to end a trial in which he was accused of paying a German banker £26m to ensure a company Ecclestone favoured could buy a stake in F1.

Ecclestone reiterated a view he has previously expressed that "Europe is a thing of the past" and said he was "not very enthusiastic about America".

About the US, he added: "The biggest problem with them is that they believe [that they are the] greatest sort of power in the world" and that "they are a big island, so they are a bit isolated; they are slowly starting to learn what other people in the world do".

The US Grand Prix is in Austin, Texas, next weekend with Ecclestone expected to attend.

It will all blow over now that Ecclestone, has added his support!!

When this first kicked off I said our first reaction should have been to be introspective, to take apart our own organisations and rebuild them. I still think that should have been done. Instead the FA vacillate and live up to expectation, they use 'innocent until proven guilty' to support an obvious Shyster; now their support is a busted flush. Let the world deal with the world organisations and let us turn our attention to our Football Associations.

I'm currently back in Qatar till the 30th of this month and will try to get some pictures of the stadium being built in Al Wakrah but the mood certainly ain't as buoyant as it was. No one wants to talk about football much and certainly not about the world cup.

The design looks like a giant t**t I think.

This is what it is going to look like anyway.

Are you refraining from gay sex as Blatter advised for those visiting Qatar?
