TheTigers are looking to recruit new ballboys/girls for the remainder of 2015/16.... Are you aged between 14 and 18? Do you love watching The Tigers in action at the KC Stadium? Have you ever wanted to get closer to the action and play your part? Well this is your chance. The Club is on the lookout for new ball boys and girls for the remainder of the 2015/16 season. This is an exciting opportunity for young people to play a full part in the action on matchdays at the KC Stadium, and help with the flow of the game on the pitch. The only stipulations are that applicants must currently be aged between 14 and 18, and available on home matchdays. Successful applicants will receive a full Tigers training kit and get to perform in front of a crowd of thousands on matchdays. If you would be interested in becoming a ball boy or ball girl, please email your name, date of birth and contact telephone number to [email protected] by no later than noon on Wednesday 14th October. Successful applicants will be contacted by close of business on Wednesday 14th October. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...-ballboygirl-2734721.aspx#PBMZ2Zv80SGThSUH.99
Surely the other stipulation should be show no interest in the match, to sit on your arse and not look up when a ball is more than 5 yards away from you, then make a half arsed attempt to get the ball when a steward/opposition manager/Bruce/Phelan anyone wants the ****ing ball returned quickly. I'd suggest Sports direct staff would be ideal for this role.
Trying to use a little tact here, but shouldn't relatively able bodied be another stipulation. Plus throwing tests for girls. It's a skill they notoriously struggle with.
Phew. Pulled it back there at the last Ernie Think the girls bit was just a token gesture. They're not really going to use one, just PC stuff. Wont happen.
Anybody would be better than the lazy arses they have atm. Now we're not in the PL, can we use a multiball system again? It's painstaking waiting for the ball to return from whichever fat knacker has tried (and often failed) to throw it back, if all the ball boys had a ball ready, we could take our throw ins much quicker. And **** them up quicker as well.
Some idea of what is going on should be key. If we are 1-0 down can they at least look they are going to get the ball back in play reasonably quickly, it's like they have no idea we are trying to win a game.
Typical favouritism toward the west standers. Anywhere else in the ground and you don't even get pulled off at half time.
The FA banned it across the entire football pyramid from the premier league to down the park Rush goalie.
Games were obviously too fluent and free flowing before then. No wonder Bruce keeps finding work now.
The thing that annoys me is the current crop don't seem to know what they're doing. The ball goes out so they go for a slow jog to get it back. If we're losing they should be sprinting for it. If we're winning they should take their time yet they don't (especially on an opposition throw). It's like that Chelsea medical team not understanding the game all over again.
